Initial Consultation A Deep-Dive into Your Health Story Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 50 minute session designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and provide a clear path toward lasting wellness. In this session, I take the time to thoroughly explore your health from all angles — including your personal and family medical history, current symptoms, emotional health, sleep, diet, lifestyle, stress load, and environmental influences. With qualifications in Naturopathy, Clinical Nutrition, and a Master’s in Neuroscience, I offer a science-based, natural approach to complex and chronic health concerns.
